Velt offers wholesale clothing sales to entrepreneurs, boutiques, and resellers. By making a wholesale purchase on our website or via WhatsApp, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions, which govern the purchase, collection, payment, and delivery of products.

2. Terms of sale:

Wholesale orders are subject to a minimum order quantity, which may vary depending on the available collection. Prices shown on the website include VAT and platform usage fees.

For purchases made via WhatsApp for in-person pickup, the payment method and final price will be agreed upon beforehand between the buyer and Velt. This purchase method is coordinated on a case-by-case basis and may include different conditions depending on availability, quantities, or agreements between both parties.

3. Purchase methods:

• Online purchase: The listed price includes VAT and platform fees. Payment options include credit card, bank transfer, and home delivery.
• Direct purchase via WhatsApp: For purchases coordinated via WhatsApp for in-person pickup, the final price and payment method are agreed upon directly between the buyer and Velt before delivery. This option does not include shipping costs and may offer preferential terms depending on the type of order.

4. Shipments and withdrawals:

The customer can choose between home delivery or in-person pickup.

For online purchases, shipping is handled by external companies and the cost varies depending on the region or municipality.

For purchases made via WhatsApp, the pickup must be made at the address indicated by Velt at the previously coordinated time.

5. No returns or exchanges:

In wholesale sales we work with complete lots, so exchanges or returns do not apply as in retail.

Each garment may have slight variations inherent to the textile process, which is common in bulk purchases. Before confirming your order, you can always check available sizes and any other details necessary to ensure you buy with complete confidence.

6. Stock and availability:

In case of non-collection within the established time, Velt is not responsible for loss, damage or expiration of the delivery deadline.
