VELT ships from Chile to all parts of the country and internationally. - Domestic shipments: are made through local courier companies (Correos de Chile, Bluexpress, Starken, or another specified at the time of purchase). - International shipments: are made through Correos de Chile, DHL, or Shipit, depending on the option selected. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and product availability. The customer is responsible for providing a valid and complete address; VELT is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information.

6. Exchanges and returns

Exchanges or returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

- Defective or damaged product upon receipt. The customer has 10 business days from receipt of the order to request an exchange or return by writing to contacto@veltgirls.com. Shipping costs for exchange or return will be borne by the customer.
